About 6 Weeks Training at Flex Academy
Most universities in the Tricity ask B.Tech, BCA and diploma students to complete 4 to 6 weeks of industrial training during the summer or winter break, usually after the 4th or 6th semester. Flex Academy's 6-week program is built for exactly that window: short enough to fit the vacation, structured enough to produce a real project.
You pick one track — web development, Python, data science, AI, digital marketing or UI/UX — and spend the first weeks on fundamentals before moving to a mentor-guided live project. By the end you have working project code or campaign work, a training report prepared to your college's format, and a completion certificate.
Summer batches usually start in June and July, and winter batches in December and January, but seats in each batch are limited. Book counselling early to choose your track and timing.

Week 2 — Core Fundamentals
Build the core skills for your track, such as HTML, CSS and JavaScript, Python basics, data handling, or marketing fundamentals.

Week 3 — Applied Practice
Work through guided exercises and mini tasks that prepare you for the project.

Week 4 — Live Project Build
Start your live project with a mentor: define scope, plan the work and build the main features.

Week 5 — Project Completion and Testing
Finish, test and refine the project, and push your work to GitHub or prepare campaign reports.

Week 6 — Report, Presentation and Viva Prep
Prepare your training report and presentation to your college's format, and practise for your viva.
