Within 2 Days with Prior Notice: Students are eligible for a full refund if they request it within the first 2 days of the course start date or date of payment, whichever is earlier.

Students must provide written notice via email to info@flexacademy.in within the specified timeframe. Verbal requests or requests made after the 2-day window will not be considered for a refund.

2. Refund Process

To initiate a refund, please follow these steps:

• Step 1 — Notification: Send an email to info@flexacademy.in with your full name, receipt/transaction number, date of admission, and a brief explanation of your reason for requesting a refund.
• Step 2 — Verification: Our team will review your request and verify your eligibility based on the terms outlined in this policy. Please allow up to 7 business days for verification.
• Step 3 — Confirmation: Once approved, you will receive a confirmation email. The refund will be processed through the original payment method within 10–15 business days.

3. Exceptions

• Refund requests made after 2 days from the date of payment or course commencement will not be considered.
• No refunds will be issued for classes, sessions, or course materials that have already been accessed, attended, or downloaded.
• Flex Academy reserves the right to refuse refunds in cases of suspected abuse, misrepresentation, or fraudulent activity.
• Promotional or discounted enrollments may have separate refund terms, which will be communicated at the time of enrollment.

4. Course Transfers

If you wish to switch from one course to another within Flex Academy, please contact our team. Course transfers may be accommodated based on availability and are subject to any applicable fee differences. Transfer requests must be made within 7 days of enrollment.
